Cinsault

This grape variety reveals fruit aromas (strawberry, raspberry) and floral notes (rose and even violet). It is often associated with very pale, mass-produced rosés, which are not always refined. Natural and biodynamic winemakers let Cinsault express itself fully: its soft tannins and pleasant acidity produce very supple red wines—fruity and light thirst-quenching wines.
