Any buyer making a purchase in our store, whether privately or professionally, declares that they are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity or, failing that, parental authorization allowing them to enter into a contract.
The purpose of this document is to specify the general terms and conditions of sale applicable to any order placed by a buyer of legal age, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer", for goods sold via the site Let-it-BIB.fr, hereinafter referred to as "Product".
Ordinance no. 59-107 of January 7, 1959, Law no. 74-631 of July 5, 1974, and Article L.3353-3 of the Public Health Code prohibit the sale of alcohol to minors. Consequently, any buyer making a purchase in our store, whether privately or professionally, declares that they are 18 years of age or older at the date of the order and possess the legal capacity or, failing that, parental authorization allowing them to enter into a contract.
Any order of Products implies full and unreserved acceptance by the Customer of these general terms and conditions of sale.
Article 1 - Acceptance of the general terms and conditions
The Customer undertakes to read these General Terms and Conditions carefully and accept them before proceeding to pay for an order of products.
These General Terms and Conditions must be consulted before placing each order, in order to verify any possible changes that may have been made. The latest version of said terms applies to any new order of Products. The General Terms and Conditions are precisely dated and may be modified and updated by the seller at any time. The applicable General Terms and Conditions are those in force at the time of the order. Any modifications made to the General Terms and Conditions will not apply to products already purchased.
The clauses of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply by right to all contractual and commercial relationships created between the Seller and the Customer, to the exclusion of any other document such as prospectuses or catalogues issued by the seller, which are for information purposes only.
These terms may only be waived with the express written agreement of the seller.
Article 2 - Product characteristics
The essential characteristics of Let It BIB Products and the mandatory information that the Customer must receive under the applicable law in these general terms and conditions are: the color, alcohol content, and origin of the wines offered for sale; the capacity and the price including all taxes (TTC) of the products.
Products resulting from agriculture and viticulture are products that may evolve over time (taste, color, appearance, etc.), which does not call into question their quality itself.
All Products sold on the site Let-it-BIB™.fr are new and comply with the European legislation in force.
Our photos, visuals, and promotional arguments are not contractual.
Article 3 - Customer information
Let It BIB Products are intended for individuals.
The information that the Customer provides to the Seller when placing an order must be complete, accurate, and up to date.
The Seller reserves the right to ask the Customer to confirm, by any appropriate means, their identity, eligibility, and the information provided.
The Customer will be asked to provide all the information necessary for the delivery of the order.
Article 4 – Price
The prices indicated on the site Let-it-BIB.fr are understood to be in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding shipping costs, subject to manifest error.
For other countries in the European Union, the price differs according to the country of delivery of the product and will take into account the local VAT of the country of consumption and other taxes.
Prices are guaranteed while stocks last and are subject to change at any time without notice.
Products will be invoiced to the Customer on the basis of the rates of the commercial offer or promotions in force at the time of the validation of their order.
Article 5 - Orders and payment method
5.1 - Orders
All orders for wine fountains must be placed by the Customer on the site Let-it-BIB.fr.
The Customer creates a cart by choosing the number of Products they desire. Once their selection is made, the Customer validates their cart and their payment method. After accepting the general terms and conditions of sale, orders become final when they are validated by the payment for the Products.
5.2 - Payment methods
The payment methods for Let It BIB products are as follows:
- By credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Digital wallet (electronic wallets allowing customers to avoid entering their card and billing information for each purchase)
The order will only be processed upon receipt of payment. No order will be accepted without this commitment on the part of the Customer.
The Customer may contact Let It BIB customer service by email at SOS@let-it-BIB.fr or at 06 60 84 74 17 to obtain information on the status of their order.
Article 6 – Delivery
6.1 – Delivery terms
The Customer must clearly indicate all information related to delivery at the time of the order, in particular:
- the exact delivery address
- any access code for the delivery address
- a landline or mobile phone number
Neither the Seller nor the transport company may be held responsible for an impossibility of delivery due to an inaccuracy or error in the delivery address. The Customer is required to verify the information they provide. The Customer undertakes to be present during the delivery of the order.
The Seller no longer bears the risks once the buyer and the seller have agreed on the item and the price.
From the moment of delivery, the risks of loss and deterioration of the purchased goods, as well as any damage they might cause, are transferred to the customer or the recipient.
The Seller remains the owner of the delivered Products until full payment has been made by the Customer.
Failure to pay by the Customer would render the transfer of ownership of the product(s) void. The Seller would be entitled to request the return of all products at the Customer's sole expense.
6.2 – Delivery times
The Seller undertakes to make every effort to deliver the ordered products within the deadlines indicated during the registration of the order. The deadlines vary depending on the product, the delivery method chosen, and the destination country of the merchandise.
The Seller undertakes to keep the Customer informed of any delay in delivery.
6.3 – Receipt of ordered products
Upon receipt, it is the Customer's responsibility to verify the contents of their package and to formulate reservations if necessary on the delivery note provided by the carrier or by contacting the Seller's customer service within a reasonable period of 2 days by email at SOS@let-it-BIB.fr. In the presence of reservations, the Customer must imperatively refuse the Product.
This verification is considered as having been carried out once the Customer, or any person authorized to receive the package on their behalf, has signed the delivery document.
Article 7 - Withdrawal period
In application of Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to cancel their order, without having to provide a reason. This period starts from the day the order is received by the Customer.
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Seller of their unequivocal decision to withdraw by contacting customer service or by registered letter to the following address: LET IT BIB™, 17 rue Alexandre Parodi, 75010 Paris, France. The Customer may use the withdrawal form made available for this purpose on the site.
In the event of a withdrawal, the Customer has a period of 14 days to return the Products in their original condition to the Seller. The Customer bears only the direct costs of returning the Products.
The Seller undertakes to refund the Products using the same payment method used by the Customer, within 14 days of receipt of the Products.
The refund may nevertheless be delayed until the Seller has received the Products or the Customer has provided proof of their shipment, the date retained being that of the first of these facts.
Exclusion from the right of withdrawal
The exercise of the right of withdrawal is excluded for the following contracts:
– contracts for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
– contracts for the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
– the supply of goods which, after having been delivered, and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items;
– contracts for the supply of alcoholic beverages where the delivery is deferred beyond thirty days and where the value agreed at the conclusion of the contract depends on fluctuations in the market beyond the control of the professional;
Article 8 – Protection of personal data
In accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into force on May 25, 2018, the Seller informs the Customer prior to any sale that, in the context of fulfilling their order, the Seller will be required to collect the buyer's personal data.
The Seller undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the personal data provided by the Customer on the website and to process them in compliance with this legislation.
The Customer is informed that their consent is required for the Seller to collect personal data concerning them.
The Seller undertakes to collect only the personal data necessary and justified for the fulfillment of their service.
The Customer may at any time exercise their right to access the file, their right to object, and their right to rectify or delete information concerning them by sending their request (indicating email address, surname, first name, postal address): by email to the address SOS@let-it-BIB.fr
Article 9: Dispute resolution
9.1 – Mediation
In the event of an unresolved dispute between the Professional and the Consumer, the consumer has the possibility of referring the matter to a consumer mediator. Before referring the matter to the consumer mediator, the consumer must already have attempted to resolve their dispute directly with the professional by a written complaint or have made a complaint according to the terms of the contract concluded with the professional.

9.2 – Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a disagreement between the parties, and failing an amicable agreement leading to a dispute, it will fall under the jurisdiction of the French Courts.
