The Jura is distinguished by a variety of landscapes and soils: slopes, mounds, hills... The 5 grape varieties of this diverse terroir give each wine a unique personality. The white wines are made from Chardonnay and Savagnin (a grape variety endemic to the region). As for red wine, 3 grape varieties set the tone: Poulsard (fruity), Pinot Noir (racy and elegant), and Trousseau (velvety).
