A Spanish vineyard rich in
grape varieties and terroirs
The Spanish vineyardextends over millions of hectares, making it one of the largest in the world. It is recognized for the diversity of its grapes, from native grapes
like Bobal or Verdejo, to international varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, or Chardonnay. In reality, each wine region, from Rioja to Catalonia, offers various
aromatic nuances. Spanish terroirs, often limestone or clay-limestone, give the wine remarkable minerality and freshness.
Furthermore, Spanish appellations, such as Rioja, Ribera del Dueroor Valencia, are renowned for the finesse of their vintages. It should be noted that Spanish winemakers, committed to tradition, cultivate the vine with respect for nature. The harvest takes place at optimal maturity, which guarantees intense aromas and beautiful acidity. This diversity of terroirs and grape varieties allows for the production of powerful red wines, dry and fruity white wines, but also elegant rosés and refined sparkling wines.
Natural and organic vinification,
the Let it BiB signature
At Let it BiB, we select Spanish wines from organicor natural viticulture.Our partner winemakers prioritize environmentally friendly practices, which include:
· living soils;
· absence of chemicals;
· manual harvesting; and
· low yield per hectare.
This approach gives birth to authentic vintages because each bunch expresses the typicality of the terroir.
It is important to specify that vinification is done without additives or added sulfites, except for a light sulfiting at bottling. Indigenous yeasts, present naturally on the skin of the grapes, ensure a slow and controlled fermentation. Aging in stainless steel vatspreserves the freshness and aromatic purity of the wine. This expertise results in wines that are simultaneously fruity, lively, and endowed with great roundness. The aromas of red fruits, citrus, white flowers, or mineral notes are highlighted, without artifice.
The bag-in-box experience:
freshness, convenience, and preservation
The choice of bag-in-box (BiB) for Spanish wines at Let it BiB is not trivial. This innovative format protects the wine from oxidation and extends its freshness
for several weeks after opening. The aromas remain intact, and the tannic structure and finesse of the wine are preserved. The BiB stands out as an ideal solution for daily tasting, aperitifs with friends, or convivial meals.
Furthermore, the bag-in-box also facilitates transport and storage and reduces the carbon footprintlinked to packaging. It allows you to enjoy a glass of red, white, or rosé wine at any time, without opening a whole bottle. This modern approach meets the expectations of consumers concerned about quality, convenience,
and ecology.
Focus on the Let it BiB selection:
authenticity and diversity of Spanish wines
Our selection of Spanish wines highlights the Bodega Marsilea, led by Sebastián Manceboin Valencia. You will find Albiar Tinto, an organic 100% Bobal red wine, and Albiar Blanco, a dry white from the Verdejo grape. These exclusive vintages reveal great finesse, beautiful freshness, and intense aromas.
The Tinto seduces with its notes of flint, paprika, and black fruits, with supple tannins and a slightly smoky finish. As for the Blanco, it offers a bouquet of wild herbs, citrus, and a saline, lively, and thirst-quenching palate.
These wines are made from vines grown at an altitude of 1000m, on limestone soils, which allows for good minerality and a balanced structure.
Manual harvesting, natural vinification, and aging in stainless steel vats ensure a pure expression of the grape variety and the terroir. Our Spanish vintages are perfect to accompany white meats, aged cheeses, seafood, or appetizers. They illustrate Spain's ability to produce wines of character that are elegant and accessible.
