Bob Rosé 2025 (Vin de France)

"Don't call me Bob Singlar anymore, or Bob Sinclar might sue me." Yes, I swear it's true! (read it here)
Don't worry, Bob! To us, you've been Bob from day one!
For your feel-good attitude, your freshness, your unanswerable arguments at any hour... and your Dude Lebowski vibe!... we love you unconditionally for life!
But who is hiding behind Bob? Domaine de la Mongestine, a Provençal pioneer of natural wine and biodynamics—the equivalent, to put it briefly, of the Bobinets or Bretons in the Loire, the Lapierres or Karim Vionnet in Beaujolais, or Fabien Jouves in Cahors. Passionate people who swear only by fruit, gluggability, sincerity, and camaraderie.
Natural wines, certainly, but perfectly straight and without flaws. Only their slight cloudiness gives them away, but it is also the guarantee of their aromatic depth. It’s up to you to choose.
The rosé in the range obviously has nothing to do with a conventional Provence rosé. At Bob's, pep reigns supreme.
Maceration of Rolle in Merlot presses. The color is a very light pink; the nose is ultra-fresh with red fruits and spices, the palate is taut and mineral, with tangy notes of mandarin and wild strawberry.
We love it.
Our favorite rosé for years.

🤗 Our tasting & storage tips
🤗 Our tasting & storage tips
Recommended serving temperatures:
- White and rosé wines: between 7 and 10°C
- Light red wines, orange wines (skin-contact whites), and "blouges" (light red-white blends): around 13°C
- Structured red wines: between 15 and 18°C
It is always better to serve a wine slightly too cool than too warm.
BIB (bag-in-box) wines are very good if you serve them directly from the tap. But "to your surprise," you will find that they always benefit from being decanted or bottled 15 to 30 minutes before tasting.
Before and after opening, it is ideal to store your BIB wine at a constant temperature below 20°C. The closer the storage temperature is to 14°C, the longer the wine will keep.
Once opened, under good storage conditions, the BIB preserves the organoleptic qualities of the wine for at least 4 weeks.
BIB wine, like bottled wine, has no "use by" date or "best before" date.
That said, BIB wine is not intended for cellar aging. We recommend consuming it within 2 months of purchase.
Note: Red and orange wines keep better and longer than white and rosé wines. Thank the tannins for that!
Enjoy your tasting! 🍷🍷
