Les Jardins d'Ingrid (Ingrid Nueil)

Taking over vines from Domaine Gramenon is in itself a guarantee of certain quality, the near certainty that fruit, finesse, and deliciousness will be on the agenda, as evidenced by this refreshing carbonic maceration pure Grenache.
Following her winemaking apprenticeship (which came after several years at the head of a cooperative), Ingrid settled in the magnificent village of Vacqueyras, surrounded by her 10 hectares of vines perched at an altitude of 430 meters, which she pampers in total harmony with nature.
Garnet color, powdery nose with hints of violet, deep palate of red and black fruits, very fluid texture, and fine tannins... Terre de Ciel is her pleasure cuvée, all about finesse and deliciousness, the kind that puts a smile on your face from the very first sip.
Particularly fresh and easy-drinking for a Vaucluse wine, this Grenache is a treat as an aperitif, with rillettes, tapas, or vegetable dips, for example. It will also prove to be an excellent companion to your poultry, wild mushrooms, roasted vegetables with thyme, pistou soup, couscous, ramen...

🤗 Our tasting & storage tips
🤗 Our tasting & storage tips
Recommended serving temperatures:
- White and rosé wines: between 7 and 10°C
- Light red wines, orange wines (skin-contact whites), and "blouges" (light red-white blends): around 13°C
- Structured red wines: between 15 and 18°C
It is always better to serve a wine slightly too cool than too warm.
BIB (bag-in-box) wines are very good if you serve them directly from the tap. But "to your surprise," you will find that they always benefit from being decanted or bottled 15 to 30 minutes before tasting.
Before and after opening, it is ideal to store your BIB wine at a constant temperature below 20°C. The closer the storage temperature is to 14°C, the longer the wine will keep.
Once opened, under good storage conditions, the BIB preserves the organoleptic qualities of the wine for at least 4 weeks.
BIB wine, like bottled wine, has no "use by" date or "best before" date.
That said, BIB wine is not intended for cellar aging. We recommend consuming it within 2 months of purchase.
Note: Red and orange wines keep better and longer than white and rosé wines. Thank the tannins for that!
Enjoy your tasting! 🍷🍷
