Here, finesse is celebrated with this Pinot Noir, chiseled from the schist and gneiss of the Allier in the volcanic Loire by the expert hand of their benefactor, Loren Petit.
The carmine hue, cloudy and deep, is reminiscent of bissap. The nose plunges us into a basket of freshly picked sour cherries, with a backdrop of undergrowth at sunrise. Softened by light aging in 2nd-fill barrels sourced from the Vaillants (Les Grandes Vignes), the palate is lively, airy, fresh, and filled with tangy red fruit. The finish does not disappoint: tonic and super juicy.

Recommended serving temperatures:
- White and rosé wines: between 7 and 10°C
- Light red wines, orange wines (skin-contact whites), and "blouges" (light red-white blends): around 13°C
- Structured red wines: between 15 and 18°C
It is always better to serve a wine slightly too cool than too warm.
BIB (bag-in-box) wines are very good if you serve them directly from the tap. But "to your surprise," you will find that they always benefit from being decanted or bottled 15 to 30 minutes before tasting.
Before and after opening, it is ideal to store your BIB wine at a constant temperature below 20°C. The closer the storage temperature is to 14°C, the longer the wine will keep.
Once opened, under good storage conditions, the BIB preserves the organoleptic qualities of the wine for at least 4 weeks.
BIB wine, like bottled wine, has no "use by" date or "best before" date.
That said, BIB wine is not intended for cellar aging. We recommend consuming it within 2 months of purchase.
Note: Red and orange wines keep better and longer than white and rosé wines. Thank the tannins for that!
