Grain carmin 2025 (AOC Côtes-du-Rhône)
/
#New vintage
A Syrah-Grenache-Carignan blend with an intense carmine color, lovely aromas typical of the Drôme region (blackberry, thyme, licorice, white pepper...), body, breadth, and extremely supple, silky tannins... everything you look for in a characterful Southern Côtes-du-Rhône is here to beautifully pair with our charcuterie, red meats or meat in sauce, pot-au-feu, stews, barbecues...
Certified organic and based in Rochegude (26) since 2020, Manon and Thomas won us over with their very first vintage, which we offered to you at the time as the "Pot de colle" cuvée.
Even more accomplished and as gentle as ever with nature (hand-harvested, sorted, and destemmed, native yeasts, vinification without additives, aged in stainless steel tanks, total SO2 30mg/l), this "Grain carmin" is a promise kept for both everyday simple pleasures and grand epicurean feasts (and hangover-free mornings after...).
Character, expertise, generosity... An unbeatable price-quality ratio, freshly awarded two ☆☆ "coup de cœur" stars in Le Guide Hachette des Vins. Well done and thank you Manon & Thomas !

🤗 Our tasting & storage tips
🤗 Our tasting & storage tips
Recommended serving temperatures:
- White and rosé wines: between 7 and 10°C
- Light red wines, orange wines (skin-contact whites), and "blouges" (light red-white blends): around 13°C
- Structured red wines: between 15 and 18°C
It is always better to serve a wine slightly too cool than too warm.
BIB (bag-in-box) wines are very good if you serve them directly from the tap. But "to your surprise," you will find that they always benefit from being decanted or bottled 15 to 30 minutes before tasting.
Before and after opening, it is ideal to store your BIB wine at a constant temperature below 20°C. The closer the storage temperature is to 14°C, the longer the wine will keep.
Once opened, under good storage conditions, the BIB preserves the organoleptic qualities of the wine for at least 4 weeks.
BIB wine, like bottled wine, has no "use by" date or "best before" date.
That said, BIB wine is not intended for cellar aging. We recommend consuming it within 2 months of purchase.
Note: Red and orange wines keep better and longer than white and rosé wines. Thank the tannins for that!
Enjoy your tasting! 🍷🍷
