Box HS - Along the vines (Vin de France)

Freshly honored with a "favorite" pick from the magazine Le Rouge & le blanc for the quality of its sulfite-free (and flawless!) wines for 20 years, the Vaillant family has no intention of changing course in terms of pricing... The proof is in this sparkling blend of Grolleau and Cabernet Franc, which comes in at an insolently low price of €7.20 per bottle equivalent.
The nose is chiseled with blackcurrant and blueberry, while the palate is more floral and tangy, with notes of violet. With this thirst-quenching vintage, very similar to the P'tit Vaillant if you are familiar with the estate, the experience focuses on indulgence and camaraderie.
A supple and joyful red that will taste even better chilled to around 13°C.

🤗 Our tasting & storage tips
🤗 Our tasting & storage tips
Recommended serving temperatures:
- White and rosé wines: between 7 and 10°C
- Light red wines, orange wines (skin-contact whites), and "blouges" (light red-white blends): around 13°C
- Structured red wines: between 15 and 18°C
It is always better to serve a wine slightly too cool than too warm.
BIB (bag-in-box) wines are very good if you serve them directly from the tap. But "to your surprise," you will find that they always benefit from being decanted or bottled 15 to 30 minutes before tasting.
Before and after opening, it is ideal to store your BIB wine at a constant temperature below 20°C. The closer the storage temperature is to 14°C, the longer the wine will keep.
Once opened, under good storage conditions, the BIB preserves the organoleptic qualities of the wine for at least 4 weeks.
BIB wine, like bottled wine, has no "use by" date or "best before" date.
That said, BIB wine is not intended for cellar aging. We recommend consuming it within 2 months of purchase.
Note: Red and orange wines keep better and longer than white and rosé wines. Thank the tannins for that!
Enjoy your tasting! 🍷🍷
