To Lisa 2025 (PGI Vin de Pays du Var)
/
#New vintage
Lisa is the guardian figure of the estate, the one who settled in Correns in 1961, gave birth to Aspras, and brought the estate to the pinnacle of Provençal organic wine, alongside her son Michael. A radiant, committed, and hardworking woman. That goes to show the soul infused into this rosé that her grandchildren have dedicated to her, and all the love they have poured into it!
A luminous pale pink color, an intense and luscious nose dominated by small red berries and fruit drops, balanced on the palate by the zest of pomelo, all punctuated by a long, refreshing finish… A Provence rosé full of pep, balance, and generosity.
We are delighted to share this huge favorite with you, which, by the way, was recommended to us by a loyal LET IT BiB customer. Thank you Betty 😘

🤗 Our tasting & storage tips
🤗 Our tasting & storage tips
Recommended serving temperatures:
- White and rosé wines: between 7 and 10°C
- Light red wines, orange wines (skin-contact whites), and "blouges" (light red-white blends): around 13°C
- Structured red wines: between 15 and 18°C
It is always better to serve a wine slightly too cool than too warm.
BIB (bag-in-box) wines are very good if you serve them directly from the tap. But "to your surprise," you will find that they always benefit from being decanted or bottled 15 to 30 minutes before tasting.
Before and after opening, it is ideal to store your BIB wine at a constant temperature below 20°C. The closer the storage temperature is to 14°C, the longer the wine will keep.
Once opened, under good storage conditions, the BIB preserves the organoleptic qualities of the wine for at least 4 weeks.
BIB wine, like bottled wine, has no "use by" date or "best before" date.
That said, BIB wine is not intended for cellar aging. We recommend consuming it within 2 months of purchase.
Note: Red and orange wines keep better and longer than white and rosé wines. Thank the tannins for that!
Enjoy your tasting! 🍷🍷
