A blissful bride, a new surname (Petit, formerly Tisserand), a new domain name (Les Vernusses, formerly Terres de ROA)… but still the same vines and, more than ever, the same magic at work! For Loren is an alchemist. And her Saint-Pourçain is a formidable elixir of pleasure; all the more so because Loren has particularly spoiled us this year with a Gamay-Pinot Noir blend that would make her Burgundian cousins pale with envy!
The soils of Auvergne imbue this wine with indulgence and concentration through clay, and finesse and minerality through silica. Crunchy red fruits, tension from start to finish, freshness, fullness without heaviness, length, XXL drinkability… Say no more, it’s a full house! Thank you, Loren, for this exceptional nectar.

Recommended serving temperatures:
- White and rosé wines: between 7 and 10°C
- Light red wines, orange wines (skin-contact whites), and "blouges" (light red-white blends): around 13°C
- Structured red wines: between 15 and 18°C
It is always better to serve a wine slightly too cool than too warm.
BIB (bag-in-box) wines are very good if you serve them directly from the tap. But "to your surprise," you will find that they always benefit from being decanted or bottled 15 to 30 minutes before tasting.
Before and after opening, it is ideal to store your BIB wine at a constant temperature below 20°C. The closer the storage temperature is to 14°C, the longer the wine will keep.
Once opened, under good storage conditions, the BIB preserves the organoleptic qualities of the wine for at least 4 weeks.
BIB wine, like bottled wine, has no "use by" date or "best before" date.
That said, BIB wine is not intended for cellar aging. We recommend consuming it within 2 months of purchase.
Note: Red and orange wines keep better and longer than white and rosé wines. Thank the tannins for that!
