Roussanne 2025 (Vin de France)
/
#Exclusive #NewArrival
A pure-juice Roussanne vinified according to the rules of the art, biodynamically, staying as true as possible to the fruit and the spirit of genuine camaraderie.
Thama and Bruno's secret? Vines thriving between the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees, certified organic for 30 years, pampered like a garden with an almost maniacal attention to detail, ensuring the estate's wines invariably achieve that perfect balance between aromatic expression and freshness.
Here, the golden hue is slightly cloudy, owing to the lack of filtration. On the nose, and then on the palate, melon, nectarine, pear, and honeysuckle vie for attention. Notes of acacia honey also stand out. But in the end, what brings everyone into agreement is the tension that runs through every sip, sharpening every aroma and giving this Southern white that irresistible "moreish" quality.
A gem at a very reasonable price that will work wonders as an aperitif or with your summer vegetables a la plancha, Provençal tians, vegetable soups with pistou, poultry, curries, blue cheeses...

🤗 Our tasting & storage tips
🤗 Our tasting & storage tips
Recommended serving temperatures:
- White and rosé wines: between 7 and 10°C
- Light red wines, orange wines (skin-contact whites), and "blouges" (light red-white blends): around 13°C
- Structured red wines: between 15 and 18°C
It is always better to serve a wine slightly too cool than too warm.
BIB (bag-in-box) wines are very good if you serve them directly from the tap. But "to your surprise," you will find that they always benefit from being decanted or bottled 15 to 30 minutes before tasting.
Before and after opening, it is ideal to store your BIB wine at a constant temperature below 20°C. The closer the storage temperature is to 14°C, the longer the wine will keep.
Once opened, under good storage conditions, the BIB preserves the organoleptic qualities of the wine for at least 4 weeks.
BIB wine, like bottled wine, has no "use by" date or "best before" date.
That said, BIB wine is not intended for cellar aging. We recommend consuming it within 2 months of purchase.
Note: Red and orange wines keep better and longer than white and rosé wines. Thank the tannins for that!
Enjoy your tasting! 🍷🍷
