Soak it up! (rosé) 2025 (Vin de France)
/
#NewArrival #Biodynamic
Obviously, when Fabien makes a rosé, it’s anything but a typical rosé; certainly not the kind you’d be served with a question about whether you want ice cubes. Here, we’re somewhere between a red and a rosé—what the Bordelais call a "clairet"—and the character is much more assertive.
And guess which grape variety Fabien used for his potion? Muscat de Hambourg, the same one we enjoy so much on our tables in September.
The color is magnificent: raspberry, brilliant, and transparent. The nose is a little garden of blooming, powdery roses. White peach is not left out either. You can smell the indulgence that awaits on the palate...
Fresh red fruits explode from the very first sip, generous and tangy. A fine bitterness highlights the whole. It is fluid, refreshing, and well-balanced, punctuated by a long, mouth-watering finish with lingering muscat notes.
In short... A rosé like no other, just the way we like them.

🤗 Our tasting & storage tips
🤗 Our tasting & storage tips
Recommended serving temperatures:
- White and rosé wines: between 7 and 10°C
- Light red wines, orange wines (skin-contact whites), and "blouges" (light red-white blends): around 13°C
- Structured red wines: between 15 and 18°C
It is always better to serve a wine slightly too cool than too warm.
BIB (bag-in-box) wines are very good if you serve them directly from the tap. But "to your surprise," you will find that they always benefit from being decanted or bottled 15 to 30 minutes before tasting.
Before and after opening, it is ideal to store your BIB wine at a constant temperature below 20°C. The closer the storage temperature is to 14°C, the longer the wine will keep.
Once opened, under good storage conditions, the BIB preserves the organoleptic qualities of the wine for at least 4 weeks.
BIB wine, like bottled wine, has no "use by" date or "best before" date.
That said, BIB wine is not intended for cellar aging. We recommend consuming it within 2 months of purchase.
Note: Red and orange wines keep better and longer than white and rosé wines. Thank the tannins for that!
Enjoy your tasting! 🍷🍷
