Manhac 2025 (Vin de France)
/
#Exclusive #NewVintage
Some might call it a clairet, others a 'blouge' or an intense rosé... Regardless, this 2025 Manhac is a fruit bomb that defies all laws of drinkability, even more so in 2025 than in previous vintages.
The recipe remains unchanged: a gentle infusion of Syrah and Carignan in a Cinsault rosé, crafted by Sara and Charles Mackay, a young couple of "natural" winemakers based in the hills above Béziers.
Lovely transparent raspberry hue, an alluring nose of rose, wild strawberry, and Morello cherry; indulgence and zip to spare, vinified without sulfites... it doesn't get more glouglou than this! We are totally smitten.
Enjoy chilled at around 10°C, as an aperitif, with a salad, a bò bún, a poké bowl, a bell pepper tapenade, a pissaladière, or a summer fruit salad...

🤗 Our tasting & storage tips
🤗 Our tasting & storage tips
Recommended serving temperatures:
- White and rosé wines: between 7 and 10°C
- Light red wines, orange wines (skin-contact whites), and "blouges" (light red-white blends): around 13°C
- Structured red wines: between 15 and 18°C
It is always better to serve a wine slightly too cool than too warm.
BIB (bag-in-box) wines are very good if you serve them directly from the tap. But "to your surprise," you will find that they always benefit from being decanted or bottled 15 to 30 minutes before tasting.
Before and after opening, it is ideal to store your BIB wine at a constant temperature below 20°C. The closer the storage temperature is to 14°C, the longer the wine will keep.
Once opened, under good storage conditions, the BIB preserves the organoleptic qualities of the wine for at least 4 weeks.
BIB wine, like bottled wine, has no "use by" date or "best before" date.
That said, BIB wine is not intended for cellar aging. We recommend consuming it within 2 months of purchase.
Note: Red and orange wines keep better and longer than white and rosé wines. Thank the tannins for that!
Enjoy your tasting! 🍷🍷
