Crac Boum’Bu white (AOC Savoie) • 5 liters

#NewArrival #Biodynamic
Alps, Jacquère, biodynamics, energy, good vibes, and a love for a job well done. These few words are enough to sum up this super white from Savoy by the Saint-Germain father (Raphaël) and daughter (Louise) duo, for whom we’ve had a soft spot for many years. The generous 2025 harvest finally allows us to offer it to you in a box!
Rounded out with a touch of Chardonnay, Jacquère—the region’s signature grape variety—reveals all its talents here: aromas of citrus, white flowers, and fresh herbs; liveliness without being excessive, a low alcohol content, and, as always with this variety, that infinite delicacy on the palate and sense of purity.
Needless to say, it’s a guaranteed "wow" factor for an aperitif! But pair it with fondue, lake fish, shellfish, asparagus, Japanese cuisine, or fresh goat cheese... you won't be disappointed!
➜ Also available in 3 liters.

🤗 Our tasting & storage tips
🤗 Our tasting & storage tips
Recommended serving temperatures:
- White and rosé wines: between 7 and 10°C
- Light red wines, orange wines (skin-contact whites), and "blouges" (light red-white blends): around 13°C
- Structured red wines: between 15 and 18°C
It is always better to serve a wine slightly too cool than too warm.
BIB (bag-in-box) wines are very good if you serve them directly from the tap. But "to your surprise," you will find that they always benefit from being decanted or bottled 15 to 30 minutes before tasting.
Before and after opening, it is ideal to store your BIB wine at a constant temperature below 20°C. The closer the storage temperature is to 14°C, the longer the wine will keep.
Once opened, under good storage conditions, the BIB preserves the organoleptic qualities of the wine for at least 4 weeks.
BIB wine, like bottled wine, has no "use by" date or "best before" date.
That said, BIB wine is not intended for cellar aging. We recommend consuming it within 2 months of purchase.
Note: Red and orange wines keep better and longer than white and rosé wines. Thank the tannins for that!
Enjoy your tasting! 🍷🍷
