Long live boxed wine!
By way of introduction, let us clarify that the cubi (box wine) we are talking about is now called a bag-in-box, or bib for those in the know (hence our name…).
From there, the LET IT BiB concept can be summed up in one sentence: we only distribute quality natural and organic wines packaged in bibs!
This commits us to only offering for sale:
🍇 Only wines that we have truly tasted and truly loved
🍇 Only winemakers that we have truly met… and truly liked as well
🍇 Only wines that are certified or labeled AB, Organic Europe, Demeter, Biodyvin, Méthode Nature, S.A.I.N.S Wines, Association des vins naturels (AVN), or Nature & Progrès. We also support estates in conversion.
Or, seen from another angle: we are fierce fighters against supermarket plonk and the deadly chemicals that ravage our vines, our winemakers, and our stomachs.
🧐 Why only bibs?
Because the bib is more economical (on average 20 to 30% cheaper than the same wine in a bottle), more ecological (carbon footprint 6 to 9 times lower than the bottle), and more practical than the bottle.
Because the bib allows for preserving the taste qualities of a wine for at least 4 weeks after opening.
Because the bib is particularly suited to our little everyday pleasures (no need to open - and drink? - a whole bottle when you only want to pour yourself a small glass of wine).
Because it is the best friend for the important moments in our lives: bachelor/bachelorette parties, vacations, birthdays, weddings, weekends with friends...
In short... Before us, this qualitative selection of natural and organic wines in bibs did not exist. We missed it, so we created it.
Long live free vines!
For us, a good wine begins with healthy soil and healthy vines, farmed organically, free from chemical constraints, pampered day after day by a winemaker who loves their craft.
In other words, vines that breathe life in every bunch, that let themselves be foraged by bees, have their leaves tickled by ladybugs, and their trunks caressed by rabbits’ ears…
In “VINE”, there is “LIFE”.
Let’s cherish it right into our glasses!

Let's give credit where credit is due!
For it is to him, the former militant owner of the excellent bistro Que du bon, and to his friends from Glougueule, Michel Tolmer, Sylvie Augereau, and Philippe Quesnot, that we owe the popularity of the motto "Long live free wines!", the name of one of the best natural wine tastings in Paris.
It is therefore with great modesty, reverence, and conviction that we claim our spiritual and philosophical connection to this fine band of activists for the good and the healthy.
But what are free wines?
By definition, these are wines that refuse to be imprisoned by a definition, or confined to a box….
But certifications and labels do exist.
They don't do everything, they don't say everything, far from it, but they are what we can rely on to tell you about the wines we have selected at LET IT BiB, since almost all of the bibs we offer you comply with the
specifications of at least one of them: AB, Organic Europe, Demeter, Biodyvin, Vins S.A.I.N.S, Association des vins naturels (AVN), Vin méthode nature, or Nature & Progrès.
LONG LIVE INDEPENDENT WINEMAKERS!
LET IT BiB is at the service of winemakers who campaign all year round, far from the spotlight, for the triumph of wine that is both healthy and good.
Winemakers liberated from the dictates of the conventional wine industry.
Women and men whose only ambition is to share with us the best of what nature has to offer when given the opportunity to express itself fully.
To achieve this, these winemakers chart their own path (organic, biodynamic, natural, with or without certification...), the one that reflects who they are, the one they want us to discover...
For various reasons, some—often the most committed—choose to categorically reject any certification, any label, any association... because they equate this with regimentation, misappropriation of funds, or marketing at the expense of nature...
Naturally, LET IT BiB opens its doors wide to them, provided we have the opportunity to build a relationship of trust with them.
In any case, being an independent winemaker today still feels like a calling.
So let us take these few lines to express our admiration and our eternal thanks for all the moments of happiness you have offered us for so many years, and for many years to come...

LET IT BiB speaks to consumer-citizens…
Indeed, at LET IT BiB, we are convinced that: to improve the world in which we live and in which our children will live, our bank card gives us more power than our voter registration card.
One euro spent in the wine aisle of a supermarket, for example, will not benefit the same people as one euro spent at LET IT BiB.
So let’s take advantage of our freedom…
Drink well, vote clean!!
And vice versa.

More than a signature, more than a slogan, it is a heartfelt cry, a cry for freedom, a rallying cry…
It is an invitation launched by a small group of activists for the democratization of fine wine to obtain the unconditional release of the boxed wine, a prisoner for too long of a cruelly unjustified bad reputation.
We can never say it enough: what matters is not the container. It’s the content!
This is our fight. We need you.
