The Aspres region is a terroir of plateaus and clay-limestone hills, renowned for the coolness of its nights and its exposure to the wind—a land of great wines since the dawn of time.

It now belongs to the Jonquères d’Oriola family, distant cousins of Pierre, whom our elders knew as an outstanding horseman (2 Olympic gold medals), a rugby player, or... a winemaker, even back then!
