A seriously gluggable wine. Beautiful grape maturity, ultra-short maceration, and gentle pressing—that’s the secret. On the nose, the Cabernet takes the lead with its black fruit notes. On the palate, it’s the Grolleau with its red fruit and white pepper aromas. A light 12% ABV (best enjoyed lightly chilled).
